Privacy Policy
Effective October 21, 2026
Sellin' Wisconsin (“we”, “us”) runs sellinwisconsin.com. This policy explains what we collect on this site, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you type into our form: the property address, your name, phone number, email (optional), the condition of the house, your timeline and any notes.
- Basic visit data: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To look at your property, make you a cash offer if it fits, and answer your questions.
- To contact you the way you agreed to on the form.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal duties.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on our form, we may call or text you at the number you gave us about your request, including by automated technology and AI-generated or prerecorded voice calls and texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. See our text message terms.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers that help us run this site and respond to you (website hosting, form processing and storage, analytics, and our phone, text and email providers), when you ask us to, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of people and of Sellin' Wisconsin. These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and keep basic records, and then delete it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link or reply “unsubscribe” to stop emails.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you gave us. Contact us by mail at Sellin' Wisconsin, 13470 W Greenfield Ave, Brookfield, WI 53005 or through the form on our home page (write "privacy request" in the message).
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
